Lift and Move

A class that blends between HIT & Weights focusing on functional movement alongside high quality technique during metabolic condition.



Bootcamp shows you your limits and drives you right through them. Show yourself what you can do. Work hard, push harder and soak up up the atmosphere as you develop as part of a team and furthermore, as an individual.   You won't find a workout quite like this one!



Our take on traditional mat PILATES. Focusing on control, posture, mobility & strength. Pilates balances muscle groups and is a proactive method to avoid injury, recover and feel great!



LATUS Cycle will have you working harder in a spin class than you ever have before! Using power as the most effective form of measuring output, and giving real-time on screen feedback ensures we sweat the most out of every session. Utilizing INTERVAL sessions, HILL sessions and longer ENDURANCE rides…you’ll find it hard to come by a better indoor riding experience.



HIT (High Intensity Training) is built round three elements; Cardio, Resistance & Intensity. It takes a combination of all 3 to ensure you maximise your efforts. Taking place in our ‘PIT’ studio to a backdrop of high tempo music, give it your all and we guarantee you’ll burn between 500-750 calories in a single session!



MetCon is serious business, this is designed to PUSH you, to your MAX! MetCon will be a WEEKLY workout across 3 sessions. We will pick the workout, the weights, the intensity and motivate you to get through it! You will complete it as an Individual or as a Team, go as hard as you can, go as fast as you can and mark down your score. This is not so you compete against the person next to you, this is so you compete against you, to challenge yourself and track your progress!!!



Stuck for what to do in the gym? Weights is a free group class for anyone to join in. The coach writes the session, coaches you through it, teaches you new ways of training and more! Pushing you on every set. Learn new exercises, learn new ways of pushing yourself, all while improving your strength and shape in the process
