MetCon is serious business, this is designed to PUSH you, to your MAX! MetCon will be a WEEKLY workout across 3 sessions. We will pick the workout, the weights, the intensity and motivate you to get through it! You will complete it as an Individual or as a Team, go as hard as you can, go as fast as you can and mark down your score. This is not so you compete against the person next to you, this is so you compete against you, to challenge yourself and track your progress!!!
