Our Members Come First
We’d love for everyone to join our community. However, in order to maintain our level of individuality and keeping the gym personal, we only release a limited number of trials per month, to ensure we keep our capacity under 200 members.

Feel comfortable training on your own, with our interactive gym programming. Sessions will be delivered straight to your phone, complete with videos and immediate coaching support.
Group Personal Training Sessions
Experience our top tier membership. Hands on personal training in small groups of up to 6. We will programme for you, coach you and help you reach your goals.
You’ll have the support of our coaches when you need it. We will help you stay accountable and educate you on taking control of your nutrition, for life.

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level indianpharmall.com. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is exactly that – YOURS. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
That’s up to you. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals (80% of our trial members do), we’ll suggest the membership option and programme we think is best suited to you going forward. If you decide that LATUS isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye rada. That’s not what we want to happen, but we understand we’re not for everybody.
