Our Small-group PT sessions run six days a week, multiple times per day, between 6am to 8pm on weekdays and 7am to 10am Saturdays. This means you can choose the time slot each day that best suits you.

Monthly 1-on-1 with dedicated coach

Each month (that’s right, each month, not just at the start) we sit down with you to track progress, discuss your goals as well as build a training and nutrition plan. Everything is truly bespoke, designed to get the results you want.

Up to 4 personal training sessions per week

Our personal training session run multiple times each day, which means you can book the slot that best suits your schedule.
Training as part of our small group personal training session gives you focused support in a motivating group dynamic.

We advise which classes would best suit your programme, and you simply book onto the ones that fit your life.

Beyond the gym, dedicated support

One of the LATUS team will be your assigned fitness coach and will be on hand whenever you need them, to help you stay on track.
You will also become part of our awesome LATUS community, which includes access to our group forums to help motivate each other and stay accountable to one another.

Yes. Each programme is complimented by expert nutritional support. By educating our members on what and when to eat alongside the right type of exercise, we’ll help create an ideal energy balance to elicit weight-loss, i.e. burn more calories than you are consuming.

Definitely. You’ll get a personal nutrition plan as part of your training programme. This is a huge part of creating a healthy lifestyle and having a successful fitness journey.

At LATUS, every training session or class is led by one of our expert coaches. Our Small-Group Personal Training sessions are held multiple times per day, so you have the flexibility to work out when it suits you, and our gym classes are up to 4 times per day, so there’s always an opportunity to train. 

Compare this to hiring a one-to-one trainer once per week, or fumbling around a massive gym not know what you’re doing, and you can see that our approach is the best way to build momentum and achieve your goals.

When you exercise with a fitness professional (like at LATUS), they’ll create a safe programme around your specific goals and fitness level, based on an initial assessment. Motivation can also often be an issue; your will power sometimes just isn’t enough. By becoming part of the LATUS community and teaming up with our dedicated coaches, you’ll never be alone. You will always have someone there to challenge you, push you on, provide encouragement and live feedback, whilst monitoring your progress all the way.

Personal training and small group PT can be hugely beneficial for everyone, but how it helps depends on who you are. If you’re exercising regularly but not seeing the results, a coach will help you progress with your exercises in the most effective way. Plus, they’ll give you the motivation, support and accountability to take you to new levels. If you’re new to exercise, an important benefit of a coach is that they’ll make sure you learn exercises correctly and safely. If you’ve suffered an injury, a coached programme is an ideal way to help you rehabilitate, improve mobility and build your strength in the areas that need work.
