Gym Classes

Compliment your training programme with our inclusive, high energy group fitness classes. Alongside your training programme, we carefully design a timetable of classes to support your individual goals, and ensure we’re targeting all areas of fitness.

We run gym classes regularly throughout the week. Our recurring weekly schedule is below. If you provisionally sign up to our site then once you are confirmed as a paid member, you will be able to book a class a couple of weeks in advance on this page.
