REDEFINE YOUR STRENGTH.

The LATUS Redefine Strength programme, is our performance based programme.

These run on a Monday/Wednesday/ Friday along side the Lean programme.

It’s tailored to suit each individual, to ensuring you get the most out of each session.

Here we blend barbell work, compound lifts and conditioning together,
